Joan Snodgrass, Director
Joan has directed cotillion and etiquette programs for thousands of students since 1993. She is trained and certified by both The National League of Junior Cotillions and The Protocol School of Washington. A graduate of Texas Christian University and The University of Texas, Austin, she holds degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Education. Joan is active in the Austin community as a Junior League Sustainer, a member of Helping Hand Home Society, a Board Member of the TCU Austin Alumni Association and a member of University Christian Church.

Brannon Smith, Assistant Director
Brannon Smith has assisted with etiquette programs for over ten years. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Fine Arts and Spanish. She has worked for national advertising firms and has corporate event planning experience. Brannon is a member of the Helping Hand Home Society and serves on the Board of Directors. She has served on the vestry at Good Shepherd Episcopal church and is involved with the PTAs of Casis Elementary and O’Henry Middle School.
